Services

CNL Flooring provides professional flooring installation services in Central Florida, including vinyl, laminate, hardwood, engineered wood, tile, baseboards, stairs, and wall molding. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

Estimates & Pricing

All estimates are free and provided at no obligation. Final pricing is based on the scope of work agreed upon before installation begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Material costs may vary based on market pricing at the time of purchase.

Scheduling & Access

Once a project is confirmed, we will schedule the installation at a mutually agreed-upon date. The homeowner is responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and removing personal items and furniture from the installation zone unless otherwise agreed.

Payment

Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon before work begins. We accept cash, credit card, check, and financing options. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience any issues related to our installation, contact us and we will address the concern promptly. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate from our installation workmanship and are governed by the manufacturer's terms.

Limitation of Liability

CNL Flooring is not responsible for pre-existing conditions of the subfloor, structural issues, or damage caused by factors outside our control (flooding, negligence, improper maintenance). Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
